Landlord Screen is a landlord reference community designed to empower a prospective tenant with the knowledge of a previous tenant’s experience.
It allows a potential tenant to see a landlord’s reference or an estate agent’s reference before they engage in a 12 month lease.
The idea is relatively simple and straightforward. Landlord Screen stores a landlord’s reference by a previous tenant and is therefore designed to help the letting community review and share their experiences of estate agents, landlords and or neighbourhoods at properties they have previously lived in.
We employ a quick and easy landlord review system through our star rating benchmark that aggregates against local areas.
In short, Landlord Screen can be used as a tool to help a tenant understand whether or not they are going to have a positive or negative experience during a 12 month tenancy.
Just search for a landlord review under post code or street name. If you would like to add a landlord review then just register or login through Facebook or Twitter. It takes less than a minute to help someone else in the letting community.
Please remember that all reviews are only guides by previous tenants as an indicator and are not to be taken absolutely literally.
A guide to making a review
We absolutely welcome positive reviews which are incredibly useful as all tenants would like to enjoy a pleasant experience during their term.
And please spread the word by thanking us with a Tweet or a Facebook post to help the community grow and establish itself.
