Landlord was always difficult when it came to getting even the smallest issues fixed and resolved. He was trying to sell the apartment during our tenancy which was always a pain as sometimes the agent would come in with prospective buyers without notice. Not ideal to say the least!!!
Nice place, good schools, great parks, new Sainsburys....
Good schools, parks and public transport. Unfortunately the neighbors are little old and conservative and therefore not much fun at all....
Finsbury Park is a great area to live. The park itself is brilliant with music festivals in the summer (some of them are free).
I looked to rent this place but it was a total mess when I viewed it.
I rented the penthouse flat with 3 flatmates, wicked terrace in summer. Landlord was fine, we had an issue with the dishwasher that was sorted very quickly following our move in. Good safe area if a bit busy on the main road. Close to parks, the Underground station is just up the road as is Highgate Village.
Clifton Arms is lovely. Bring the family for Sunday lunch.
The Landlord is a pain, was a pain and shouldn't be considered. It took the best part of 3 weeks to get the washing machine fixed
Got kicked out of the Wishing Well pub one Friday night really don't know why
I work at the hospital so this is a great area to live in
